The Starter, Plus and Pro plans, the CRM add-on, the free trial, and managing the subscription and invoices.
Billing lives in Settings › Billing. Starter (€9.99), Plus (€24.99) and Pro (€79.99) a month; yearly billing charges ten months out of twelve.
The CRM add-on
The CRM add-on goes with the Plus or Pro plan for €19.99 a month: stock, supplier purchases, sales and your Vinted listings. Plus + CRM allows 2,000 items in stock; Pro + CRM has no limit and adds API and MCP access (10,000 requests a day). Starter cannot take it.
To add it, click Include on its row before choosing a Plus or Pro plan, so the Stripe payment covers both; or, on a Plus or Pro plan, click Add: the dialog shows what is invoiced today, prorated for the rest of the period, and the add-on is active once paid (if your bank asks for 3D Secure, the dialog offers Pay the invoice in a new tab, and the page updates once it is paid; the link stays valid 23 hours, after which the invoice is cancelled and nothing is charged). A notification and a confirmation email follow.
Remove keeps it until the end of the period already paid, then stops billing it. Until then, Keep cancels the removal at no cost (in its last hour the removal is already under way: add it again once it has ended). Once it has stopped, your CRM data stays readable and exportable for 90 days, then closes; nothing is deleted.
Change plan and Switch to yearly (or monthly) change the plan or the cycle with its add-ons together, showing what is invoiced today, time already paid deducted: Stripe's portal cannot change a subscription with an add-on. A plan that cannot take one of your add-ons is shown greyed out: remove the add-on first. While an add-on is being removed, both buttons are greyed out: keep it, or wait for its period to end to change plan or cycle.
