CRM permissions (coming soon)

Inviting

Owners and admins invite from Members, the organization switcher or the ⌘ K palette. Enter an email address and a role: the invitation goes, and the window stays open for the next one.

Pending invitations are listed with their role, who sent them and when they expire. The ⋯ menu sends them again or revokes them.

Seats

The number of seats depends on the plan: one on Starter and Plus, unlimited on Pro. Once every seat is taken, Vintarget offers the plan above.

Changing a role or removing a member

A member's ⋯ menu changes their role or removes them. To leave the organization yourself, go to Settings › General.

Giving an employee their Vinted accounts

An employee sees the organization's Vinted accounts, purchases (the bot's included) and offers. On Vinted, though, they act only through the accounts given to them: buying, making or cancelling an offer, setting, turning off or removing an Auto Cop or an Auto-offer, reading and answering the inbox. What was set on another account stays visible to them, but locked.

To give them some, an owner or admin opens the employee's ⋯ menu, picks Vinted accounts, checks the accounts and saves. The change goes to the journal; saving the same list changes nothing.

  • Without any account, the employee sees the purchases and offers, an empty inbox, and Vintarget tells them to ask an owner or admin for accounts.
  • Taking an account away turns off the Auto Cops and Auto-offers the employee set with it, which then leave the listings to the others. An offer already pending on that account is blocked ("not allowed") instead of buying.
  • The accounts given are kept when the employee changes role, and found again if they become an employee again.

The journal

Owners and admins see the journal: the latest sensitive actions, with who did them and when.
