Purchases

The bot's purchases, your supplier orders and your suppliers on one page, with the fees spread over the pieces and the receipts into the stock.

The Purchases page has three tabs:

  • Bot purchases: what Vintarget bought for you (one click, accepted offer, Auto Cop). This tab is on every plan, with or without the CRM add-on.
  • Supplier orders and Suppliers: with the CRM add-on. Without it, these tabs show a lock and how to turn it on.

Creating an order

New order opens a form: the supplier (optional), the reference (an invoice number, say), the currency and the status, then one or more lines (item, brand, size, quantity, unit price) and the fees (shipping, buyer protection, customs, VAT, other).

As you type, each line shows its cost with fees and its cost per piece, worked out exactly as Vintarget will record them:

  • By value (the default): each line takes a share of the fees in proportion to its price.
  • Equally per piece: each piece takes the same share.
  • By hand: you type each line's cost; the lines must add up to the order's total.

The rounding is exact to the cent: the lines always add up to the order's total. When a line's cost does not divide evenly by its quantity, a few pieces cost one cent more, and the page says so.

Receiving

In an order's details, Receive asks, line by line, how many pieces arrived and where they go. They enter the stock at their allocated cost, one item per piece or one lot per line. The details then list the pieces created, each linking to its stock page. An order can arrive in several receipts; a double click never receives twice.

Statuses

Before anything is received you can change the status (draft, ordered, in transit, to collect), cancel the order or delete it. Once pieces arrived you can dispute it or return it to the supplier: the pieces still in stock leave it.

Orders the bot created keep Vinted's amounts: only their reference and status (in transit or to collect) change. See Bot purchases in the stock.

Invoices and files

Click a file to open it in a new tab. Attach an order's invoices or photos (PDF, JPEG, PNG or WebP, 10 MB at most). If file storage is not set up yet, the page says so and the button goes away.

Suppliers

The Suppliers tab lists your wholesalers, thrift stores, marketplaces, individuals and Vinted sellers. An archived supplier takes no new order; its orders keep it.

Permissions

Anyone who sees the stock sees the orders; managing the stock is needed to create or change them. During the read-only period after the CRM add-on ends, the orders can still be read but no longer changed.
